Most consultations take about 1 hour. Larger projects, like additions or whole-home remodels, may take longer so we can measure and review the structure.
You’ll receive a written estimate within 4 business days after your consultation. If your project needs design drawings or engineering first, we’ll give you a timeline at the visit.
Photos and a phone call help us understand your project and give you a general idea of what to expect. A written estimate requires a visit, because the condition of the space has a big effect on the price.
Estimates are valid for 30 days. Material prices change, so if you need more time we’ll review and update it for you.
Ideas and layout options are part of the free consultation. Detailed design drawings, if your project needs them, are listed in the estimate.
