Master Remodelers is a family-owned remodeling contractor based in Pearland, Texas, that has remodeled homes across Houston, Pearland, Friendswood, League City, Clear Lake and Galveston since 1998. We design and build kitchens, bathrooms, home additions, window replacements, siding and patio covers, with one team handling the project from the first estimate to the final walkthrough.
We’re licensed and insured, rated A+ by the BBB, won the Pulse of the City Award in 2025 and 2026, and back our work with a lifetime workmanship warranty.
We handle interior remodels, additions and exterior work for homeowners across the Houston area.
Energy-efficient and impact-rated windows for Gulf Coast homes.
Covered patios and porches built to match your roofline, plus outdoor kitchens and backyard remodels.
Full kitchen remodels, new layouts and islands, with cabinets, counters and lighting planned around how you use the room.
From master bathroom remodels to bathroom additions and half bath renovations we do it all.
Second story additions, garage conversions, attic conversions, bump-outs and in-law suites.
Every home is different, so we don’t use one-size-fits-all pricing. The cost depends on the size of the space, whether walls, plumbing or the layout change, the materials you choose, and any permits or structural work. Our estimates are free and itemized, so you can see where the money goes and adjust the scope to your budget. For project-specific pricing factors, see the kitchen, bathroom and patio cover pages.
We’re based in Pearland and work across Houston, Pearland, Friendswood, League City, Clear Lake, Seabrook, Webster, Dickinson, Texas City and Galveston. Inside Houston, we also serve the Uptown Galleria and West University Place and Southside Place areas. Not sure if we cover your street? Ask us.
Planning a project? Start with one of our guides:
It covers the labor and installation our team performs. If something we built fails because of how it was installed, such as tile that comes loose or a window set out of plumb, we come back and fix it. Products such as windows, cabinets and fixtures are covered by their manufacturers' warranties.
Usually, if the work changes the structure, plumbing, electrical or the size of the home. Additions, garage conversions and most kitchen and bathroom remodels need a city permit, while paint, flooring and new countertops usually don't. We pull the permits your project needs and schedule the inspections. In Galveston County, exterior work may also need a windstorm certificate.
It depends on the size of the project and whether walls, plumbing or the roofline change. Your written estimate lists the timeline before any work starts.
We repair and rebuild homes after hurricane, wind and water damage. We're a remodeling contractor, not a public adjuster, so we don't negotiate claims. That's between you and your insurance company, or a licensed public adjuster you hire. Once your claim is settled, we give you a free written estimate and rebuild.
Photos of the space, rough measurements if you have them, pictures of designs you like, a budget range, and your HOA's rules if you have an HOA. If you don't have all of it, that's fine. We'll go over the rest at the consultation.
Yes. We remodel homes on Galveston Island and across Galveston County, including raised homes, and we plan for windstorm (TWIA) inspections and flood zone rules before work starts.
